The USER agrees to make good use of the contents and services of www.samu.es, which must never be used for illicit activities or activities contrary to public order, national defence or public health.
All uses made of the contents and services by the USER must comply with the principles set out in the preceding paragraph.
The USER is expressly authorised to see all the information existing on the website, and to make copies of it for private use in their computer systems, provided said contents are for their exclusive use and are not subsequently assigned to any third party.

The intellectual and industrial property rights set out in the www.samu.es website, as well as its graphic design and source codes and the commercial names, trademarks, and distinctive signs are the property of SAMU, unless it is indicated in the same that they belong to another party. All information and documentation on this website that is provided in the English version is provided only for informational purposes. In the event of a discrepancy between the content of the English version and the original version in Spanish version, the Spanish version will take precedence.

According to the terms of the above General Data Protection Regulation, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability of the personal data at any time by writing to SAMU, S.A. at the address indicated above and attaching a copy of your ID or Passport, using the means provided for in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December 2007, approving the Regulations for the implementation of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999, on personal data protection.
