Social Responsibility

SAMU is recognised as an organisation whose principles and values form the basis of its social commitment, as a guarantor of transparent, ethical and responsible actions.

Since 1999, SAMU has implemented a Quality Management system in all the areas in which it operates. The organisation’s current Quality Management System is compliant with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and UNE 166002 standards, the latter in relation to R&D.

The organisation has also established specific corporate management areas that address the needs of the social, employment, environmental, medical and human rights spheres within a sustainable system.
